These terms apply to the use of this website and set out the general principles of the services provided by Hämeenkyrön Tili- ja Kiinteistöpalvelu Oy.

2. Scope of services
We provide accounting and bookkeeping services, payroll administration, preparation of VAT and other tax returns, financial statements, accounting for housing companies and tax consultancy to businesses. The descriptions on this website are general. The content, timetable, fees and responsibilities of each assignment are agreed in a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
3. Information on this website
The content of this website is general information about our company and services. It is not tax, accounting or legal advice for any individual situation. Information may change, and we update the website when we become aware of a change. The handover checklist on the home page is a general guide only.
4. Responsibilities in an assignment
The client is responsible for delivering complete and accurate material on time and for the decisions made in its business. We are responsible for carrying out the agreed work carefully and in accordance with good accounting practice and the legislation in force. If material is delivered late or is incomplete, the timetable agreed for the work may change.
5. Liability
We are liable for direct damage caused by our negligence in carrying out an assignment, within the limits set out in the agreement for that assignment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as loss of profit, or for damage caused by incorrect or incomplete material delivered by the client. We are not liable for interruptions to the availability of this website or for the content of external websites linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Finnish law.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, layout and graphics of this website belong to Hämeenkyrön Tili- ja Kiinteistöpalvelu Oy. You may view and print the pages for your own use, but you may not copy or publish them for other purposes without our permission.
7. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us in writing by email at admin@hameenkyrontilijakiinteistopalveluoy.com or by post to Sivutie 2, 39200 Kyröskoski, Finland without undue delay. Describe the issue and the outcome you are looking for. We aim to resolve complaints by negotiation and will reply in writing.

9. Governing law and disputes
These terms and our services are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are primarily settled by negotiation. If this fails, disputes are resolved in the district court of the company’s domicile, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this website applies to the use of the website. Changes do not affect written agreements already made.
