Who we are

Hämeenkyrön Tili- ja Kiinteistöpalvelu Oy is a privately owned accounting company based in Kyröskoski, in the municipality of Hämeenkyrö, Finland. Our registered main line of business is accounting and bookkeeping activities and tax consultancy (TOL 69201).

As the company name says, our work combines two areas: general accounting for businesses, and the financial administration of housing and property companies. Both rely on careful, regular bookkeeping and on reports that are ready when the owners, the board or the authorities need them.

What we do

We keep the books of our clients, calculate payroll, prepare VAT and other periodic tax returns, close the financial year and prepare the financial statements and income tax return. For housing companies we also follow up maintenance and financing charges by apartment and prepare the reports needed for the annual general meeting.

Alongside the routine work we give practical tax advice, so that owners can see the likely tax effect of a decision before they make it. The full description of each service is on the services page.

Who we serve

Our clients are businesses: limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, associations and housing companies. Our office is in Hämeenkyrö, and because material can also be delivered electronically, we can work with businesses elsewhere in Finland too.
